Congressman Keith Ellison is a Radical Islamist Sympathizer

After his epic melt down with Sean Hannity last night, Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison is called out for his rabid support for the anti-semitic views of Nation of Islam leader Pastor Louis Farrakhan and the late Black Militant leader Khalid Muhammad.

Ellison’s ties with radical Islam run much deeper than just his community organizing and supporting the Nation of Islam, Ellison has been a longtime friend of CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror financing case.  CAIR paid for Ellison to make the Hajj to Mecca in 2008, and his close constant ties with organizations identified by the government as front groups for the Muslim Brotherhood:

“But a mountain of evidence of his contacts with and support of Muslim Brotherhood front groups – identified as such by the U.S. Government – shows that the Muslim Brotherhood definitely knows who he is.

Rewind to 2008 when Keith Ellison went on a 16-day hajj trip to Saudi Arabia paid for by the Muslim American Society (MAS) to the tune of $13,500. […]

But who is MAS?

Fortunately, federal prosecutors cleared up the matter back in December 2007 when they said in a court filing in the federal appeal of convicted terror operative Sabri Benkahla (page 58, footnote 13):

For the uninitiated, relationships between Americans and CAIR matter because because of documented proof that it was founded by members of a U.S.-based Hamas support network created by the Muslim Brotherhood:

The Brotherhood is an Egyptian religious/political movement which aims to spread Islamic law throughout the world. The Hamas support by CAIR founders documented in the terror-financing trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development prompted the FBI to cut off communications with CAIR in 2008. CAIR’s access reportedly could be restored if it pledged not to support Hamas. CAIR officials have rejected that pledge.

This is NOT the first time Ellison has lashed out when directly confronted with evidence of his ties to radical Islam.  On Capitol Hill in 2009 Ellison launched a tirade against former Navy Doctor Zuhdi Jasser, leader of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy , aftering balled called out on his ties to radical Islam – watch the video here.
